Hi property professionals,
I would like to ask if a tenant can rent out a room to me? Is it allowed by law?
My situation is that there is a room for me but the person is a tenant who is renting the whole house and is looking to renting it to me a room but I am worried that this is not allowed by law. I saw it in the HDB website that sub-owner is not allowed to sublet to other tenants and I do not want any trouble.
