Hi Property Guru,
My sellers are currently staying in my resale flat under ‘HDB temporary extension of stay’.
I have requested for an time to enter flat with my ID to take measurements for renovations during this extension period but they mention that they are not obliged to let me in.
Is there anything I can do about it?
