Hi Property Guru,
I want to rent a 3 rooms condo in parc vista. yesterday I alone( my hubby outstation) to view a unit and made an offer to the agent but i didn't bring the deposit. Agent persude me to sign LOI first and tell me give 3 days to landlord to consider. if the owner agree my term and condition then give him the deposit.when i reach home agent call me said that landlord agreed my T n C. i call to inform my hubby. He is not happy why i anyhow sign the LOI. Now i not intent to rent his apt. Please tell me is this LOI a legally bind contract, can the agent or landlord sue me .... I so worry..Why nowaday Agent so "kang jiong" to ask tenant sign LoI without deposit.why why why ????
