Dear owner,

Depending on which part of Chai Chee Road you are referring to, those lining up alongside Chai Chee Ave will generate greater rental demand with their proximity to the temporary bus interchange and MRT Station, as they are also within walking distance to the industrial area within the neighbourhood, from Technopark to JTC buildings, which is a hit with most tenants. Having said that, the condition of your unit will bear great significance on the rental you can achieve. If all is well, the most decent rental you should be able to achieve is in $3k range or slightly lesser.
