Hi, our house loan for HDB flat is completed. Now, we are interested to buy 2 bed rooms condo but don't have any knowledge as a first timer. Kindly advice necessary procedure and info. Thank you.

Afternoon Mi san,

I would assume that you have utilized CPF on your mortgage for HDB. Hence you need to set aside the CPF minimum sum. You will also need to get your IPA so that you know your budget. With all this at hand, then you can hunt for the right sized and right priced unit, based on your preferred location.
