Hi Ron,

Engaging a salesperson from a GST registered agency will require you to pay GST of 7% of the final commission payable to the agency.

I'd encourage that this figure will ot be offseted from the sales commission payable as I believe that he/she has put in great effort in achieving the sales of your unit.
