On our rental contract, we have to allow the viewing for rental on the last two months of the rental period. My landlord have already arranged viewing starting June which is 5 months into the end of the contract. We understood if it is for sale that it is not against the contract. Since we mentioned it to him, he insisted that all viewing was for sale. In June, he put the unit as rental unit in the property guru then adding it into for sale. So now the unit is on both for sale and for rent section.We have been accommodating him as much as we can, we have been having viewing almost every week since end of June-July. But I am afraid going into the last two months, he will insist viewing as many as possible. My question is what is the normal viewing period that we can give as a tenant on the last two months of our rental period? I am not willing to show the unit everyday. I am thinking once or twice every week.Would it be acceptable in normal condition? I appreciate any fair professional thought on this.
