Hi now I am shopping for a resale in Property Guru. May I know, all the ads in here mostly have an agent represent. If I am interested in a particular unit, am I right to say I only can contact the represen agent? Can I ask my own represent agent for the sale? Please advise thank you

Afternoon Steven,

Only qualified salesperson can apply for the subscription on property guru. Hence all ads here are being published by salesperson. Under CEA ruling, you can opt to contact the seller's salesperson directly to close the deal but you will be responsible for your own administrative paperwork. Alternative, you can engage your own salesperson to handle all this issues for you.
