Hi, need your expertise here. Currently my husband and i own a 4rm resale flat and have been living there for 5 yrs plus. Our intention now is to get a 5rm BTO.The question is, Can we apply for the BTO without selling our current flat till we get e new flat. What are the cash involved if our application are successful?

Hi Mdm Noorazizah,

You can carry on to apply for BTO, you just have to dispose off your current flat within 6 months after keys collection of your BTO.

You have to pay admin fee for application, option fee, legal fees etc.

Kindly do take note that you have to pay resale levy if you had enjoyed CPF housing grant when you bought your resale flat years back.
