Good morning! Only SPR household has to sell off their HDB within 6 months from private purchase completion. As both of you are SC/SPR household, you are not bound by this regulation. Thus you are allowed to hold on to your HDB after your private property purchase. But do take note that you will be subject to at least 7% additional buyer's stamp for your next purchase.
