Hi, I’ve applied for HFE Letter last year while working full time. My HFE letter will be expiring in end June 2026. Due to some circumstances, I’ve gone on no-pay sabbatical leave since Oct 2025 (expected to end in Oct 2026). Looking to purchase a resale flat soon and would like to check if there’s a need for me to apply for a new HFE letter if I’m able to secure a resale flat before June ends?
