Hi my wife and I had purchased our first propery in 2011. Would like to check what is the total cost if we were to remove 1 of our name in the property ?
1. How much stamp duty ? 3% ? Is that only for 50% of the property value ? Is the property value based on purchased price in 2011 or current market price ?
2. will this be also subject to SSD as we have purchased the property after implementation of SSD ?
3. Does all the CPF monies used by 1 party have to be returned to the CPF Account ?
4. how much legal cost would this incur and how long does it takes ?
5. Will there be additional legal costs in the mortgage processing ?
