Hi My tenant did not pay the rent which due since 1st aug. What action i can take against him. If i seek lawyer help, i have to pay lawyer fee and he will enjoy some more time to pay the rent ?

Morning Sushma,

Based on standard TA, you can evict your current tenant/s after multiple reminder. You will get to forfeit the deposit and rent out the unit to some other tenants. I'm also sure that your salesperson should be able to help you out.
