Hi, my TA with tenant is expiring and tenant is requesting for 3-4months extension. Understand from the agent that renewal cannot be based on monthly & HDB has a minimum rental criteria of 6 months rental. My agent's advice is to prepare a 6 months renewal with one month termination notification clause. Is that against the HDB regulation of minimum 6 months rental in that case?
