Hi. My sister is 28 yrs old. I can say,she is first timer to apply house from hdb. My father is going 55 yrs old,this june and he is consider second timer to apply house from hdb. If they apply under public scheme, is my sister and my father can still consider first timer?

Good morning buyer,

As this will be a second time that your father applies BTO directly from HDB, this application will be considered as a second timer even though your sister never apply before (first timer).

Care to share the purpose or intention of having such proposition?
