Hi, my sister and I bought a condo together 2 years back. However, I am intending to get married this year and add my wife's name into the condo.

I have the following questions
1) can I add my wife as a third owner into the condo without removing my sister's ownership?
2) if the above is possible, would we be able to avoid the seller stamp duties since my sister is still a co-owner of the condo
3) if my sister relinquish the ownership of the condo, would the seller stamp duty be calculated based on her share of ownership or based on the full condo value
