Hi, My sis is a occupier citizen in the HDB flat, her husband is owner and trying to sell the flat without acknowledgement of wife. As a wife occupier, can my sis have a chance against selling the flat. Thank you.

Evening Suria,

Under the current ruling, the husband have to get his wife's to sign 'Spouse Consent to Sell' during the HDB 1st appointment. Hence both the seller and your sister is required to be present at HDB Hub during the first appointment. Otherwise, upon the seller submitting the case to HDB, your sister can walk-Ito HDB Hub and talk to the officer in-charge.
