Hi, my rental lease recently ended in March. The handing over was done by the agent. WHen I feedbacked that the walls of the room was permanently stuck with double sided tape and there are holes (size of my palm) around the walls. He asked the tenant to rectify but the repairs were unsatisfactory. I was then told that the flat was handed over.
What is the roles of agent in this instance? I paid 1 month of rental for his fees but it seemed like there is no responsibility on his part.
