Hi my questions are as belows:
1) i heard for SA special account need at least minimum sum of $100k, if my husband age before 55 yrs also can't utilise his own SA, so there is no different sell or not before or after 55 yrs ?
2) i m living 4 room flat bto will mop 2 yrs, my girl like to choose school for secondary, i prefer convenience place, like has various school eg: poly/Uni/secondary nearby, what do you think, this year choose school, can't choose far away like west area, i only can choose near current house then after mop, then see move to where then from that time then transfer my girl ?
3) my current unit bought $360k, if sell after mop do you think don't need bank loan if get old house ? bcos certain money must go in cpf.
4) for buying old house, how many yrs left is better ? as long don't too expensive.
