ERA is one of the marketing agent for The Scala. The actual launch price has not been released yet, but an indication is for smaller unit around $1200psf, bigger unit might be around $1100psf. Usually the price released would only be a day before the actual launch on 28th July.

To answer your question on Profit, it will all depends on how is the market and economy during the time when the condo TOP. Certainly you can sell with a good profit if the market is booming during TOP time.
