Well, with more details such as the locations of current and potential area you are considering, it will be easier to make more value-added recommendations. Generally speaking, if the property is fully paid, I wouldn't advise selling as not many are able to do so in their lifetime. It is something you can fall back on at least. If you are selling off your unit to buy another unit of the same sizing within the same estate, it might not make an economical sense unless the current unit had been purchased at a low price.
