My parents are planning to downgrade from a 4 bedroom+1 living room condo unit to a 4 room HDB as my parents are in their 60s and we do not need that much space. The condo unit is my parents' 3rd property and we would like to seek professional advice on what we would need to take note downgrading from a condo to a HDB as well as the proper procedures to buy a resale 4 room HDB. Please also advise on the stamp duties and what would be the range ($) we are looking at for a 4 room HDB unit?
