Hi, my mum is the sole owner of the HDB flat as my father has passed away.

My brother and I are both married with kids and have our own flats. My kid is in his 20s this year.

If we would like to keep the flat even after something happen to my mum, is there anyway we can will the flat and keep it till my kid gets married or turns 35 years old, whichever is earlier?

If not, what is the best way to will the flat in such a situation?
