Hi Sonia,

You can opt to purchase a 1% share of the unit from your husband. Once you're the co-owner, you will be able to use your CPF to pay for the mortgage loan.

However, there may be some implications if you do that. There may be better options for you. I will need to find out more information before I can give a more appropriate advice.

Do bear in mind that only owners are eligible to utilise their CPF OA funds to finance the mortgage.

Since you are currently not the owner, you can consider to buy over 1% of your husband's ownership in order to carry out your intention.
