Hi, My HDB Apartment will reach MOP in about 3 months time. I've a few queries as per the following:

-Can I apply for a bank loan (just AIP) so that I can start looking around for a Condo?
-If the above is not doable, when can I go about doing it as I am looking at selling my HDB and then looking for a recent TOP condos for my next new home.
