Hi my friend has just signed a 2 year lease of a 3 bedroom apartment in Singapore. The family is a missionary from overseas. They paid rent late for the last two months (1st month be of overseas holiday etc banks closed around 2weeks, 2nd month 4 days late) but she paid full. And now the owner called a lawyer and asked her to leave the apartment and the owner implies she will take the 6000 SGD deposit is it right for tenant who paid to be kicked out even around 10 days before of what she already paid
