Hi, my fiancée and I have purchased a 5-room flat in Singapore and key collection for this BTO will likely be in Q2 2014. We have both been assigned for work overseas for minimum 3 years. Can we rent out the whole unit during this time? Alternatively, can our parents live in the house and sublet two of the other bedrooms? Will their period of staying in the house count towards the MOP fulfillment?
