Hi,

My female friend is a Long Term Visit Pass Holder. She would like to buy a new Condo unit of about 800 sq ft in size and preferably around the eastern part of Sg. Her budget is about $600K - $700K. With this limited budget, is it possible for her to find one? What is the procedure? Thanks.
