Hi, my family is currently residing in oversea working, I like to find out is it possible for me to buy a resale HDB flat outright, not for investment purpose, but purely for residential purpose for my siblings (no rental from them). I understand HDB policy is to owners of private property overseas to dispose off their property within 6months. However for us, we need to retain our oversea property as we need to carry on working n live in overseas. does any of you know this is possible or will appeal works?
