Hi,

My company is actually will be leasing a B2 factory premise. Just to check, is it common that Tenants need to pay for Additional Property tax (should there be any being imposed by IRAS) to the Owner due to the appreciation of value and such?

The norm has always been Landlord paying the property tax.

you as tenant, do not own the property.

However, if this is something that the landlord suggests, it will be entirely up to you to decide if you want to.
