Hi, my buyer didn't complete the 2nd appointment, and asked for extension, so HDB gave 21days, and charged the buyer for $120/day for the delay, we agreed. But after 21days, the buyer still didn't complete. The said charges of $120/day from the buyer, IHDB cannot collect from the buyer. My flat still on re market sale now..and I did buy my new flat after we agreed our 2nd appointment and did the renovation. Dear agents, whom I can claim my LOST? How I can collect the said agreement for the delay charges from the buyer? Everything stock due from the buyer unable to do the completion.... Pls do advise. Thanks

Evening Mr. Hock,

Firstly, your salesperson should have being able to activate the lawyer to issue the buyer with specific performance, after the extension expires. All the necessary expense and cost incurred, including inconvenience that resulted in the delay, can be claimed.
