HI My budget is 3500, looking for condo, near 30 to 40 min from 991 Alexandra. Agents are asking fees 1 month.. some agents only want chinese, some not replying.
I am getting lost. What to do. looking for 1 to 2 bhk with min 700 to 800 sqft area. Kindely guide.
