Hi, My BTO will be ready in 2015, and this BTO is under my mother and my name only. I will be getting married after getting the key for the BTO in 2015. May I know can my wife allow to buy a private condo if we are married in 2015 as her name is not inside the BTO.

Afternoon Jeff, Yes, your spouse will be allowed to purchase the private property under her name. However, do note that she will have to utilize her own income to obtain the mortgage loan and only her CPF OA can be used to service it. FYI Mike Lim 96929209  m52i@yahoo.com ERA Read More
