Hi my boyfriend and I both owned a resale hdb under single scheme . My boyfriend,s hdb will reach his mop next year. My hdb will reach the minimum mop in 2022.
As we are getting marry soon, i understand we need to dispose one of our hdb.
Qns1- Are we allow to choose which flat to sell? Can i sell my flat if we intend to keep his?will there be any ssd charges for my flat because it have no reach the minimum mop?
Qns 2- if we decided to sell off my boyfriend’s hbd, will there be any levy for him? Because we cannot keep two hdb but force to sell one.
Qns 3 - can we sell both hdb and get another newest resale hdb with both of our name in the new hdb at the time ?What are the cost ? Both of us need to pay levy?
Qns 4- understand when we sell our hdb , we need to return the money with interest that we used for purchasing our hdb.if the sale of the hdb after deducting all the costs is no enough to cover the cpf amount n interest? Pay cash shortfall?
