Afternoon, Both the existing units are purchased prior married hence you will be eligible to hold into it even after married. But to purchase HDB unit under both names after married, both of you are required to sell away the private condo and HDB within 6 month from key collection of the matrimonial unit. Hi, under your circumstances, it is not wise to get a new HDB. Stay as it is, or get a private with joint names, then rent out both existing. Use the rent to pay for your new condo installment.
