Hi, my aunty has recently sold her hdb flat. She has purchased a BTO and will get her keys on March. She is lookin for a short term rent of 2 to 3 months. She don't mind a hdb whole unit or a room. Can anyone help???

Dear Joe,

Under the regulations, minimum rental should be 6 months period. On top of that, it is quite a challenge to look for short term rental as it involves the hassle of handing and taking over of the unit and losing out potential long term tenants. That being said, it is of course not impossible task.
