Hi. My agent has received the commission upon successfully tenanted out the apartment. However the tenant refuses to pay for the monthly rental (2 months outstanding already). My agent refuses to pick up my calls.
Are there any recourse I can seek?

Hi David, yes of course there are recourse for you. You may like to contact me so that I could give some advice on what you could do to your tenant as well as to your servicing agent.
