Hi!
My 4room flat at Bukit Batok is going to MOP next year Oct.
We chance upon an agent who told us that early MOP is possible.
Is that real?
But we have to sign this "exclusive form" with them for 3 months.

We were told that we can sell our house now for 540k.
But we are not very keen to sell our place because we really love the view, it is next to the PIE and there is an upcoming MRT and Primary school literally right infront of our estate.
Hence, we are looking at a substantially higher price if we are really selling. Otherwise, I think we will just stick to the current nest.

We were wondering if we can tell the agent (or any agent in fact) that we are keen in this amount?
Is that possible?
