Hi, my 2-room flat's MOP is due in October 2022. Am I allowed to start looking for a new flat (considering upgraded to 3- or 4-room) and apply ECF for contra a couple of months earlier if the actual transactions are planned to take place on or after the MOP fulfilment date?
