Hi,

Unfortunately no in this scenario, you can't get back the ABSD once you bought as SPR-SPR household. If you wish to avoid the ABSD, one way would be getting the citizenship first before buying resale hdb. That way for your 1st matrimonial property, you can qualify for ABSD remission as a SC-SPR household. Thanks and look forward to assist with your housing plans further.
