Hi, me and my spouse income exceed by few hundred dollars to be eligible to purchase an EC. Is there anyway that HDB or developer will review my case and make a exceptional for me to purchase an EC?

    Im aware of the income ceiling for buying an EC hence need your advise on the success rate of appealing such cases.
