Hi,
Me and my partner had divorce recently. We have 1 kid. We have come to a conclusion and decided by the court that we would sell our flat and divide accordingly as agreed.
1) We bought our 4rm flat on Oct 2017 at $299,970 in Punggol as a 1st time buyer. Understand that the flat has not met the MOP but the court order stated that we would sell the flat at open market subject to HDB approval.
2) What is the process for us as a start? Do we need a agent or we can go direct to HDB?
3) What are the chances that we are able to sell our flat to open market? What if we have to surrender instead of selling what will be the compensation be like or are there any extra charges?
4) If not, what are the other options? We have agreed to a sum of 30/80. And im wondering what is the amount we will get if; a) Sold to open market
b) Surrender to hdb
Thanks.
