Thanks for sharing your information. As it is higher than the required income ceiling of 12k, the chances are slim, though there are marginal appeal cases that were approved. However, you can still do an eApplication with your preferred estate agent for a particular EC project so HDB can ascertain your eligibility. This eApp is on a no-cost no-penalty basis. Will you be keen to explore this option? May I know which EC project interests you? Will be glad to share more.

It's good to see that you are aware of the massive potential that ECs brings to us Singaporeans.

I can see that the only concern that you have now is your eligibility.

For couples who are self-employed or holding to commissioned jobs, the income is not fixed. You might need to justify how your income is uncertain.

We will then have to submit your appeal case to the developer on your behalf.
