I would recommend you to engage a knowledgeable and experienced agent to assist you in the sale of the property.

Online is only one of the many channels that you can gather interest from potential buyers. If you are only focusing on this one channel, then you will be short changing yourself as it will be unlikely that you can achieve the highest possible price for your property.

If it is reliable, popular, with high 'view' ratio and free of charge, you would have heard of it, by word of mouth, friend's recommendation etc etc right ?

Why come to a PAID site to ask for a FREE site ?

Obviously there are free sites ... they are just not effective.
