Hi, may I know if I am allow to buy a private property if I have already own a landed property which have already paid full? Do i need to wait for the 5 years term? Please advise. Thank you.

Good day Faz,

You are not bound by any time frame,however

Extra stamp duty payable when buying another property if you are non Singaporean.

Recent bank loan restrictions is status quo prior to that curb, unless you are above 35 years old or intent to take loan tenure beyond 30years.
