Rather than asking how much can your unit fetch, why not you tell us what is your target price and let us try to market accordingly?

Hi Ms Cheong,
I will suggest to do a estimated bank valuation. From a bank valuation, you will have a better idea of how much is your property valued by the market currently. In order to do so, I will need details of your unit. Eg. Unit number etc
But FYI buyers will only/ tend to buy at prices that are pegged to past transactions.
