Hi, may I get a property (preferably condo, renovated) check with your expert opinion for about 55K CPF and 90K cash. What is the loan amount able to be given? and what is the maximum amount of property price? Thanks! (:

Good afternoon Drea,

Based on your figures of $145k combined, you should be able to afford a $630k property if you take into consideration 20% downpayment (provided you can obtain 80% bank loan) and estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty as Singapore citizen.

As for loan, it will be best that my banker can speak and advise on your in principle approval so you can gauge how much you can obtain based on your income (subject to TDSR).
