hi may i ask what is the difference between cluster landed houses and condo?

Hi Bear,
The general differences have already been pointed out by my fellow professionals. What could be the main difference is the potential of having a garden for cluster landed housing as compared to condominiums which could be above 1st storey.
Are you looking for cluster housing? 1 more difference could be that foreigners are ineligible to purchase most of the cluster housing. Need further assistance?
