Hi, May I ask the average lift upgrading cost for PR? And.. is it true that the cost is lesser for the flats on lower floors (2nd, 3rd, etc,.)?

Evening Steven,

Fees payable for SPR owners on lift upgrading is around $20k to $35k, depending on how many units are sharing the same upgraded lift system. Payment amount is the same for those on higher or lower floor.
