CCK Ave 4 is a relative distance away from the MRT and interchange therefore demand is slightly affected. You could probably be looking at the range of $2600 depending if any furnishings will be provided and its condition.

I am selling a unit in 454 CCK Ave 4 and will be glad to be able to assist you in the marketing of unit for rental.

The latest rental transactions for EA along Choa Chu Kang Ave 4 are
1) Blk 458 @ $2,550 in March
2) Blk 464 @ $2,150 in March
3) Blk 437 @ $2,750 in March
4) Blk 457 @ $2,500 in June

There are a couple of units along Choa Chu Kang Ave 4 in the market for rent now, both asking for $2,500. You may want to take this as a guide.
